"My trip to Vanamotu was so much fun! I got to go with my friends from Kauai, Hawaii: Tim Hamilton, Pyper Lullen, David Philips, and Travis Smith. We stayed with a local bodyboarder Vic.
Vic was such an animal and after partying till 4am he would wake up with us at 6am and go surf every day, we never knew how he did it but it was crazy! We hired Eric Schmeltzer who made "The Drift" DVD to film us for the video projects we all have going on for us along with his next DVD. It was so cool to get filmed every session because I got to learn so much about my riding and how I can improve it. 
My day was different all the time but would usually consist of spending some time in the Word, stretch, workout, BEACH, eat, read, BEACH, eat, watch footage, and do homework. While I was there I finished my BIS219 online class with an A, which I was really stoked on! I also made a short video for my school for a sports scholarship opportunity. 
All in all I had so much fun surfing every day, being in warm water, tropical weather, hanging out with my friends and being somewhere new. The local bodyboarders who saw the RXYM gear were so stoked on it and once they heard how much RXYM supports the sport they loved it that much more!
I am going straight to Australia after this trip for close to a month. My main goal is to get good waves and learn from all the talented Australian bodyboarders. I am going to be meeting up with some really good bodyboarders and am looking forward to the trip."
